@yusufozdalgaFounders worry more about the war for talent than they do wars or Covid.
In a recent LinkedIn survey, I asked founders and the fintech community at large what they saw as the greatest challenge in the new year.
Whereas only 6% of respondents picked Covid as the top challenge, an overwhelming 48% pinpointed the war for talent as their top concern.

@fintechjunkie🚨Alert!🚨
There’s a lot of fanfare surrounding the lending volume flowing through DeFi rails.
Something interesting is happening: Almost $50B has been locked in DeFi lending vaults REALLY quickly.
Get your popcorn out...Red Pill "Week 5" thoughts on DeFi lending: 🧵👇

@amiasmgThe StableCoin Problem: Out today with @pymnts and @karenmpd to talk about clarifying our approach to crypto and financial regulation.
TLDR: we are experiencing mass civil disobedience on financial regulation, which is very unusual, but not innovative.
